SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight, and size of items. Standard Ground Shipping is included in your purchase price for all deliveries in the contiguous USA, excluding Alaska. Outside of this area or below this amount, the exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Charges and delivery methods may also be upgraded at checkout if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times.
Please note that for international orders (outside of the USA), additional charges, duties, and taxes may be applied and collected by local tax authorities and/or carriers at destination. Delays may also occur depending on the destination and international events, causing disruptions to the global supply chain.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We really want you to get the chance to enjoy our products. That's why our return policy for US orders lasts 100 days. Yes, one HUNDRED days trial period. If for any reason during those one hundred days you feel like something just isn't right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what is going on. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we can certainly listen and see if there is anything else we can do to help.
Please note that a restocking fee may apply to any returned item.
This fee is to cover time and expenses that go into verifying the merchandise, sometimes having to replace or refresh the opened packaging and then placing back the item on inventory in our warehouse. We are a small shop and aim to have as few returns as possible by providing exceptional customer service and quality products that you will love. We will work with you to make this happen.
Each US customer is entitled to one trial period per product. If at least one of a particular product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders of that particular product type.
We also make it as simple as possible for you to return anything. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you specific, yet very simple instructions from there.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which you should have in your inbox. If not, we can help in locating it for you.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any returns from outside the US so we can tailor a helpful response.Returns from outside the US returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis to see if additional shipping costs apply, before proceeding with the return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or magazines cannot be returned.
* Candles, essential oils, used essential oil diffusers, liquid products, soap, lotions, gift cards, downloaded materials such as recordings, videos or printable materials
* Some health and personal care items if they have been unsealed
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the case your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books with any signs of use whatsoever
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 100 days after delivery
We do not provide refunds on items shown as being delivered.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com .
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will give you very simple instructions from there. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
