Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight, and size of items. Standard Ground Shipping is included in your purchase price for all deliveries in the contiguous USA This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and any other US Island or diplomatic or military base. Outside of this contiguous USA area, the exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Charges and delivery methods may also be upgraded at checkout if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times.

Please note that for international orders (outside of the USA), additional charges, duties, and taxes may be applied and collected by local tax authorities and/or carriers at destination. Delays may also occur depending on the destination and international events, causing disruptions to the global supply chain.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We really want you to get the chance to enjoy our products.

That’s why our return policy for U.S. orders lasts 100 days.

Yes — a one hundred–day trial period.

If for any reason during those 100 days you feel something isn’t quite right, please contact us at connect@renoo.life and let us know what’s going on. We’ll always do our best to make things right.

If 100 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t guarantee a refund or exchange — but we’ll still listen and see if there’s another way we can help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it, and

  • Returned in its original packaging with all components (straps, inserts, and/or bags).

To start a return, email connect@renoo.life and we’ll provide simple, step-by-step instructions.

A $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each item returned to help cover the cost of prepaid shipping, processing, and inspection. Smaller items may be exempt from this deduction at our discretion.

In some cases, a restocking fee may also apply to cover the time and care involved in verifying merchandise, refreshing opened packaging, and re-shelving inventory. As a small mindful business, we aim to keep returns minimal by providing exceptional service and thoughtful design — but we’ll always work with you to find a fair resolution.

Each contiguous USA customer is entitled to one trial period per product. If at least one of a particular product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders of that particular product type.

For larger orders of over two units, a shipping fee will be provided for the return and will have to be deducted before any refund is processed. An additional restocking fee if products seem to have been used for a one-time event, photo/video shoot or gathering.

NON-contiguous USA RETURNS

Returns from Alaska, Hawaii and any other US Island or diplomatic or  non-continental military base are not free and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Any return from outside of the contiguous USA area is subject to shipping charges to be paid by the customer.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or magazines cannot be returned. 

* Incense, candles, essential oils, used essential oil diffusers, liquid products, soap, lotions, some health and personal care items, opened or not.  
* All books, gift cards, downloaded materials such as recordings, videos or printable materials.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If the case your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 100 days after delivery

We do not provide refunds on items shown by the carrier as being delivered.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@renoo.life . We will give you very simple instructions from there. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
